石油化工粉体物料静电危害分析及预防措施

摘要(Abstract):

从分析静电放电形式入手,探讨了粉体料仓内及粉体包装作业过程的静电危害性。结合自建粉体料仓静电实验装置以及现场静电检测设备,分别模拟测试了聚丙烯(PP)粒料风送作业过程和聚酯切片(PET)包装过程物料静电特性,总结了典型化工粉体物料输送与包装过程中静电放电的防控技术与一般措施。
With the analysis of electrostatic discharge form,the electrostatic hazards in the powder silo and packaging operation were discussed. Combined with the electrostatic experimental device of self-built powder silo and on-site electrostatic detection equipment,the electrostatic properties of polypropylene( PP)pellets in air conveying operation process and polyester cutting(PET) packaging process were simulated and tested. The control technology and measures for electrostatic discharge of the typical chemical powder material during transportation and packaging process were summarized.
