摘要(Abstract):

提出了一种用于油气站地上工艺管道腐蚀的在线监测方法。基于超声脉冲反射法的检测原理,根据超声波在不同介质中的传播特性,研究了管道剩余壁厚的超声波在线监测解决方案,并经现场实际应用验证,监测系统能够完成站内地上工艺管道在线腐蚀监测的需要,为油气站场上工艺管道的安全运营提供有效保障。
This paper presented an online monitoring method for process pipeline corrosion in oil and gas stations. Based on the detection principle of the ultrasonic pulse reflection method and the ultrasonicpropagation in different medium,the ultrasonic online monitoring solution for the remaining wall thickness of the pipeline was studied and tested for field application. The monitoring system can complete the online corrosion monitoring of the above-ground process pipeline in the station which provide effective guarantee for the safe operation.
