石化企业输电线路区域闪电活动特征分析
Analysis on the Characteristics of Lightning Activities in the Area of Transmission Lines of Petrochemical Enterprises

摘要(Abstract):

使用2007-2016年全国地闪数据,对胜利油田和茂名石化输电线路区域闪电活动特征进行分析,胜利油田输电线路区域闪电活动主要集中在6-8月,占全年活动的90%;茂名石化区域的闪电活动主要集中在4-9月,占全年活动的97%。两区域电流强度在31~40 kA的闪电活动所占比例最高,分别为34%和37%。茂名石化区域落闪的密集程度和大电流(>30 k A)闪电比例均高于胜利油田区域,对于相同耐雷水平的输电线路,茂名石化地区的线路雷击风险约为胜利油田地区的1.6倍,线路雷击跳闸率也明显高于胜利油田地区。根据各地闪电活动特征雷击风险的差异,指导企业制定有针对性、高效率的雷电防护措施,提高企业雷电防护水平。
Lightning location data from 2007-2016 was used to analyze the lightning activity characteristics in the areas of transmission lines of Shengli oilfield and Maoming Petrochemical Company. The analysis results showed that: the lightning activities in the transmission line area of Shengli Oilfield mainly concentrated in June-August which accounted for 90% of the annual lightning activities; and the lightning activities of Maoming petrochemical mainly occurred in April-September which accounted for 97% of the annual lightning activities. The lightning activity with current intensity between 31 ~ 40 k A accounted for the highest proportion of total lightning activity in both areas,34% and 37% respectively. The density of flashing and the proportion of high current lightning( >30 k A)in Maoming Petrochemical Company were higher than those of Shengli Oilfield. For the transmission lines with same lightning resistance level, the lightning strike risk in Maoming Petrochemical Company was about 1. 6 times higher than that in Shengli Oilfield.And the lightning strike trip rate of the lines was also significantly higher. Enterprises should be guided to develop targeted and efficient lightning protection measures to improve the level of lightning protection.
