催化氧化工艺在炼化污水场高浓度废气治理上的应用

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了"洗涤-脱硫及总烃浓度均化-催化氧化"工艺技术在炼油污水处理场的应用情况。工业应用表明,该技术适用于处理污水场总进水口、隔油池、气浮池(浮选池)等预处理设施排放的高浓度废气治理,其工业装置能耗低、操作简便、安全性能高且废气及恶臭处理效果好。处理设施运行后,对非甲烷总烃去除率达到97%以上,对苯、甲苯、二甲苯的去除率接近100%,对硫化氢及硫化物的去除率达到80%以上,净化后的气体浓度值均较低,远优于国家和地方排放标准。
The application of "washing-desulfurization-homogenization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation"technology in a refinery sewage treatment plant was introduced which indicated that this technology was suitable for the treatment of high-concentration waste gas from pretreatment facilities,such as the main inlet,oil separator and flotation tank. The features of industrial devices provided low energy consumption,easy operation,high safety performance and effective treatment of waste gas and odor. After operation of this treatment facility,the removal rates of total non-methane hydrocarbons and sulfide were over 97% and 80% respectively. The removal rate of aromatic group,including benzene,toluene and xylene was close to 100%.The gas concentration after purification was lower which was better than the national and local emission standards.
