硝酸异辛酯的化学品危险性分类研究

摘要(Abstract):

按照《危险化学品目录》(2015版)关于危险化学品的确定原则,为评价硝酸异辛酯的危险性分类,通过克南试验、时间/压力试验、联合国隔板试验、液体氧化性试验及闭杯闪点试验,对硝酸异辛酯的爆炸性、氧化性和易燃性进行了测试,通过查询国际权威数据库的形式分析了硝酸异辛酯的健康危害和环境危害。结果表明:硝酸异辛酯不属于有毒物质、腐蚀品;硝酸异辛酯在爆炸性试验系列1中得到肯定结果,但在爆炸试验系列2中的系列试验均得到否的结果,排除爆炸品的分类;硝酸异辛酯与纤维素质量比为1∶1混合时的压力升高,不是由于其氧化性质引起的化学反应造成的压力上升,即硝酸异辛酯不具有氧化性。健康危害方面,硝酸异辛酯属于危险化学品,具体危险性类别为:严重眼损伤/眼刺激,类别2。
According to the criteria of List of Hazardous Chemicals Version 2015,this paper is aimed to introduce our study results on the hazardous characteristics of 2- Ethylhexyl Nitrate. Koenen test,Timer / pressure test,UN gap test,test for oxidizing liquids and Flash point test were performed for determining the explosion,oxidation,and combustion hazardous of 2- Ethylhexyl Nitrate. The Health hazards and the Environmental hazards of 2- Ethylhexyl Nitrate were determined by searching the international authority data. The above results showed that 2-Ethylhexyl Nitrate does not belong to toxic substances and corrosive substances. 2- Ethylhexyl Nitrate does not belong to explosives for the testing result was"+ "in the explosive test series 1 and"- "result in test series 2. The pressure rise of a 1 ∶ 1 mixture,by mass,of 2- Ethylhexyl Nitrate and cellulose caused by chemical reactions not characterizing the oxidizing properties of 2- Ethylhexyl Nitrate,so this substance does not belong to oxidizing liquids. About the Health hazards,this substance belongs to dangerous chemicals,and the hazards of it is: Serious eye damage / eye irritation,Category 2.
