炼化企业加氢装置VOCs管控措施及治理方案

摘要(Abstract):

分析了炼化企业加氢装置VOCs排放问题,采用VOCs治理管理措施、泄漏检测与修复措施,以及更改加剂罐的排放流程、YW9D051型油雾分离技术、机泵油雾润滑改造等工程改造措施,进一步治理无组织VOCs排放,取得了显著成效。现场实践证明,炼化企业加氢装置可以通过加强管控措施以及工程技术措施降低VOCs的排放量。
This paper analyzed the VOCs emission problems in hydrogenation units of refining and chemical enterprises, adopted VOCs control and management measures, LDAR measures, and engineering transformation measures such as changing the discharge process of dosing tank, YW9 D051 oil mist separation technology, and oil mist lubrication transformation of pumps, etc., to further control unorganized VOCs emission, and has achieved remarkable results. The field practice proved that the hydrogenation unit of refining and chemical enterprises could reduce the emission of VOCs by strengthening control measures and engineering technical measures.
