涠洲海底管道工程项目风险分析
Risk Analysis of Weizhou Sub-marine Pipeline Project

摘要(Abstract):

涠洲海底管道工程地处北部湾要冲,加之自然环境条件恶劣、路由情况复杂,故整体风险较高,采用专家风险辨识会的模式分析了管道的固有风险,采用预先危险性分析方法辨识管道施工风险,依据国际通用的规范与数据库对海底管道的运行风险进行了分析,并提出若干安全建议与措施。
Weizhou sub-marine pipeline is located in the center of Beibu bay.Because natural environmental condition is severe and road condition is complex,so risk of this project is very high.Inherent hazards are identified by expert team meeting;pipeline construction risk is identified using PHA method.Sub- marine pipeline operation risk is carried out according to international code and database.At last,some safety advice and measures are offered.
