摘要(Abstract):

介绍了化工过程本质安全概念的发展历程和本质安全化设计的主要原则,分析了化工过程整体安全策略的实施方法,介绍了几种本质安全化评价方法及常见方法的实施特点;介绍了本质安全化设计和本质安全化评价的实践情况,以丙酸异丙酯合成反应为例,展示了本质安全化设计在化工过程设计阶段的实用效果;提出了化工过程本质安全化技术进一步研究的建议,包括本质安全化设计思路实践、本质安全化评价方法的选择和化工过程整体安全防护体系的建设等。
The history and development of intrinsic safety technology of chemical process and the main principles of intrinsic safety design were presented in this paper. Based on the concept of layers of protection, the implementation methods of integral safety strategy of chemical process were analyzed. Several intrinsic safety indices were introduced. The characteristics of implementation of these methods were discussed, and the advantage and shortcoming of each method were then analyzed. A typical process — synthesis reaction of isopropyl propionate- was chosen to demonstrate the good practical effect of intrinsic safer design. Suggestions of the orientation of further research and development of intrinsic safer technology were proposed, including the practice of intrinsic safer design, the selection of appropriate method of intrinsic safety indices,and the construction of integral safety protection system for chemical process.
