基于Bow-tie模型的LNG泄漏风险分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对华北油气分公司十大风险之一"LNG回收作业火灾爆炸风险",以J66P9H回收井场为研究对象,首先采用风险管控措施与行动模型(以下简称Bow-tie),分析液化天然气(LNG)发生泄漏和泄漏引发的严重后果,同时制定预防和控制事故后果的各类安全技术措施,对各类风险进行有效管控;然后结合保护层分析(LOPA)和风险矩阵,对落实管控措施后的剩余风险进行评估,为进一步提高LNG回收现场本质安全程度和安全管理水平提供理论依据和技术借鉴。
J66 P9 H well site was chosen to be the research object according to the risk of fire and explosion for non-pipeline gas,one of the ten major risks in North China Company,SINOPEC.Firstly,serious consequences caused by LNG leakage were analyzed by the Bow-tie model.Secondly,several measures of preventing and controlling the consequences were identified for more efficient risk management and control.Thirdly,the residual risk after taking measures was assessed by using LOPA and risk matrix.The results can provide theoretical basis and technical support to improve the essential safety level and safety management level.
