压裂作业过程风险分析与安全对策

摘要(Abstract):

压裂技术是目前国内外广泛应用的储层改造技术,能够有效保障油气田高效、高产开发。针对压裂作业设备多、工艺杂、压力高的特点,识别并分析了油气田企业压裂作业过程中存在的风险,并针对关键风险提出了对应的安全保障对策及建议,为油田企业压裂安全提供理论支撑。
Fracturing technology is a widely-used reservoir reconstruction technology at home and abroad which can effectively guarantee the efficient and high production. In view of the characteristics of multiple equipment,complex technology and high pressure,this research identified and analyzed the risks in the process of fracturing operation. Guarantee countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for key risks which provided theoretical support for the fracturing safety of oil field enterprises.
