循环水系统腐蚀与结垢风险分析

摘要(Abstract):

调查了某炼化企业各生产装置运行一周期(4年)水冷器的腐蚀与结垢情况,根据循环水水质,运用碳酸钙饱和法和API 581—2016中的腐蚀速率计算方法,分析了各循环水系统的腐蚀与结垢特性,并研究了温度、pH值、氯离子及流速对腐蚀速率与结垢趋势的影响规律,分析了循环水系统腐蚀和结垢原因,提出了建议措施。
This paper investigated the corrosion and scaling of water coolers in each production unit of a refining enterprise for a period of 4 years. For the quality of circulating water,calcium carbonate saturation method and corrosion rate calculation method in API 581-2016 were used to analyze the corrosion and scaling characteristics of each circulating water system. The influences of temperature,pH value,chloride ions and flow rate on corrosion rate and scaling trend were studied. The causes of corrosion and scaling of circulating water system and the measures were given.
