加拿大天然气地下储存设施爆炸事故的思考与启示

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了加拿大天然气地下储存设施爆炸起火事故的概况,用逻辑树分析法对水封洞库火灾爆炸事故的可能原因进行分析。结果表明,竖井区管线及其连接部位可能发生泄漏,形成可燃性混合气体,遇到电气火花,发生爆炸,引发大火。最后总结了事故经验教训。
The general situation of the fire explosion accident of underground storage facilities of natural gas in Canada is introduced and the possible causes of fire explosion accident of water seal cave depot are analyzed through analytical approach of logical tree.The analysis result shows that the leakage may occur to the pipelines in the vertical shaft area and their connection locations,thus the flammable mixed gas is formed and the explosion and big fire is caused when the electrical sparks comes up. Ultimately,the experiences and lessons are summarized.
