基于PHAST软件的丙烯球罐泄漏模拟
PHAST- based Leakage Simulation of Propylene Sphere

摘要(Abstract):

分析了丙烯球罐可能发生的事故原因,以某化工企业丙烯球罐区为例,运用挪威DNV公司的PHAST软件模拟了不同孔径条件下,泄漏扩散浓度定量分析的结果,通过下风向距离、云团宽度来分析火灾爆炸区域,为提高丙烯球罐的安全管理水平、降低事故风险提供了依据。
The possible cause for accident of propylene is analyzed. By taking propylene sphere area of certain chemical enterprise for example,the result of quantitative analysis of the leakage & drain diffusion concentration under different apertures is simulated through PHAST software of DNV. The fire explosion area is analyzed through downwind direction distance and cloud cluster width,thus providing basis for enhancing the safety management level of propylene sphere and reducing accident risks.
